⚠ Warnings
Learn from RDM
Daisy-chain DMX OUT → first fixture's DMX IN; terminate the last fixture. RDM only works on RDM-capable gear (many budget American DJ lights are DMX-only).
Splitters & wireless
Turn other consoles off this line, put wireless links in transparent RDM mode if supported, and use an RDM splitter (not a one-way opto). DMX output pauses briefly while scanning.
